About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven HR Business Partner to join our People Team. You will be the architect of our Employee Experience and the driver behind our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) framework. Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Engagement Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive engagement calendar (Quarterly & Annual) that aligns with company values.
- Sentiment Analysis: Lead engagement surveys and real-time pulse checks; analyze results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lifecycle Management: Own all employee touchpoints, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding and stay-interviews to exit management.
- Feedback Advocacy: Strengthen our feedback culture by facilitating 1:1s, skip-level meetings, and enabling managers to lead better conversations.
Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD):
- Gap Analysis: Partner with department heads to identify functional, behavioral, and leadership skill gaps using performance data.
- Program Design: Develop and roll out end-to-end L&D initiatives, including internal workshops and external training partnerships.
- Talent Growth: Drive the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for high-potential employees and critical talent.
- Upskilling: Support workforce readiness through continuous learning and internal mobility programs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2–4 years of core HRBP or L&OD experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: MBA in HR or a related field is preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS tools to track metrics.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
